Private Markets Portfolio Manager - Real Estate and Infrastructure

Border To Coast Pensions Partnership is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the development and implementation of the new UK Opportunities portfolio.

This innovative investment proposition aims to have a material positive impact on new investment across the UK. We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience in investing primarily in Real Estate and Infrastructure collective vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain extensive due diligence reports to support investment decision making and portfolio construction.
  2. Evaluate new investment opportunities and manage a portfolio/sub-fund.
  3. Execute investment transactions and regularly review the performance, attribution, exposure, and risk metrics of the sub-fund/portfolio.
  4. Participate in investment team meetings and liaise with the research and risk team to ensure an integrated investment approach.
  5. Provide feedback on the quality, depth, and focus of research.
  6. Contribute to the training of junior team members.
