Position: Security Officer

Hours: Full-time, 56 hours weekly

Shift Patterns: 6 days on, 3 days off

Transport: Must have access to a vehicle or reliable transport options

Requirements: Valid SIA license and CCTV license are mandatory

Job Responsibilities

Your Duties will include:

  • Preventing and deterring unauthorized entry to the premises.
  • Monitoring fire alarms, security alarms, and CCTV systems as necessary.
  • Conducting thorough internal and external security patrols.
  • Managing keys and executing locking and unlocking responsibilities.
  • Maintaining accurate logbooks and records.
  • Reporting any faults, health and safety risks, and unsafe practices to management.
Key Qualifications
  • Possession of an SIA license
  • Holding a valid CCTV license
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security sector
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a five-year verifiable history
  • Ability to arrive on time for shifts (reasonable commuting distance)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer use
