About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team at Evolve Security Solutions as Event & Festival Security Specialists. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' events and festivals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ingress Control: Validate tickets, conduct physical searches, control crowd flow, and refuse entry to individuals who do not meet event house rules or policies.
  • Crowd Control and People Management: Direct foot traffic, escort and remove guests as needed, detain individuals temporarily prior to police handover, maintain order, and prevent anti-social behavior.
  • Access Point Control and Perimeter Patrols: Monitor and control access points, patrol the site perimeter, and ensure the security of event assets.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide approachable and professional customer service to event attendees, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Asset Protection and Loss Prevention: Protect event assets, prevent losses, and maintain a secure environment.
About You
  • You will have a clear passion for keeping people safe and a good understanding of security risks and threats present at events and festivals.
  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to report and record details of irregularities, incidents, searches, and patrols.
  • You will be authoritative, confident, and able to deal with difficult people in conflict or emergency situations.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail, be vigilant to security risks, and monitor and report any suspicious behavior.
  • You will work effectively within a team, be an excellent communicator, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to adapt to changing situations, and have previous experience in overnight camping.

  • 2 years of security experience (preferred)
  • English language proficiency (required)
  • SIA license (required)
  • Driving license (preferred)
  • First Aid Certification (required)
