Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for handling complex queries, internal resources, and managing relationships with strategic partners.
- Track incidents and events to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless incident response and management.
Requirements:
- IT project management or Security Operations background with a familiarity of responding to cyber-attacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office attendance.
