About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Design and Build Team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from bid stage through to project handover. You will oversee the on-site installation, support, and maintenance of specialist smart building technology across a number of well-established Client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage systems projects from bid stage to project handover.
  • Oversee on-site installation, support, and maintenance of smart building technology.
  • Provide leadership for the team and oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage and coordinate on-site installations teams.
  • Liaise with site personnel to ensure all works are coordinated.
  • Manage all documentation and provide consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the health and safety of all personnel and those impacted by our work.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in a similar role.
  • Management of systems or structured cabling projects.
  • Strong track record in managing systems projects.
  • Full P&L responsibility for projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of smart building technology and fire and security systems.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • PRINCE2, APM, CTPM (Project Management Certification).
  • Minimum 5 A*-C GCSE's, including Maths and English.
  • First Aid.
  • IPAF or PASMA.
  • PAT testing.
