We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- Experience working in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (desirable).
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Flexibility to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on, plus night sleep, and 4 days off, rolling rota.
