Job Title: Broker Sales Executive - Asset FinanceWe are seeking a highly skilled Broker Sales Executive to join our team, playing a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of key broker & introducer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Broker Managers to identify growth opportunities, maximise prospects, and ensure consistent levels of service that align with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase business volumes from core brokers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Sales Support, Credit & Risk to deliver optimum customer solutions
- Triage potential opportunities, prioritising them to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maximise business opportunities
- Support Broker Managers in regular account reviews and business updates
- Strong understanding of Asset Finance processes and deal journey
- Experience in providing solutions to deals, working with Sales Support, Credit & Risk to maintain optimum customer solutions
- Understanding of broker and intermediary models
- Account Management experience, with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
- Experience working within Asset Finance
