Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Broker Managers to implement a strategic plan to increase business volumes from our core brokers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries, identifying growth opportunities and maximising prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent levels of service that meet the high standards of the Propel brand
  • Support Broker Managers in regular account reviews and business updates, ensuring a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Build a profitable and well-managed portfolio of accounts, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Asset Finance processes and deal journey
  • Experience providing solutions to deals, working with Sales Support, Credit & risk to maintain optimum customer solutions
  • Understanding of broker and intermediary models, with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
  • Account Management experience, with a focus on developing relationships and driving business growth
  • Experience working within Asset Finance, with a strong knowledge of the industry and its trends
