About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Commercial Director to join our senior management team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our commercial strategy and achieving our goal of £200m turnover and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial activities, including business analysis, sales performance, and decision-making
  • Advise on legal matters, including commercial contracts, employment law, and commercial property
  • Identify and advise on potential expansion opportunities, including M&A
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in a high-achieving sales/recruitment environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior-level executive role, with a track record of implementing successful commercial improvements
  • Ambition to progress in your career, with a drive to achieve results
  • Hold a professional qualification in accounting or law
  • Previous experience at board/senior executive level within a medium or large-sized business
