About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal management process, including opportunity identification, qualification, and submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute proposal strategies that align with the company's goals and customer requirements.
  • Manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal, to gather information and develop compelling proposal content.
  • Coordinate and facilitate proposal meetings, ensuring key stakeholders provide input and concerns are addressed.
  • Work with sales and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with proposal requirements and profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all customer requirements, legal regulations, and international standards.
  • Monitor and track proposal performance metrics, analyzing win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct post-proposal debrief sessions to discuss areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future proposals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a proposal manager or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing proposals for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
  • Knowledge of UK public sector procurement processes, regulations, and frameworks.
  • Demonstrable success in winning proposals through effective proposal management.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and financial analysis in proposal development.
  • Strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle, from proposal submission, development, and contract negotiation.
  • High standard of MS Office skills.
