About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aztrum. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close of business
  • Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships
  • Win and retain new business
  • Discuss and advise on quotations for client project requirements
  • Maintain and hit regular targets
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in finding new business, lead generation, and management of existing clients
  • Experience selling a wide portfolio of IT solutions
  • Track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
