We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Operations Supervisor who is passionate about leading a team and providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guests receive a tailored experience. This role requires creativity and the ability to inspire team members to enhance sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative of the outlet, facilitating communication between the kitchen and guests to ensure a seamless and memorable experience through effective supervision and coaching of the team.
  • Address guest concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, consistently prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while promoting adherence to service standards among all team members.
  • Support restaurant management with tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, conducting daily team briefings, training junior staff, and reporting ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and health & safety issues.
  • Maintain a visible presence within the outlet to promptly and effectively respond to customer requests and inquiries, utilizing feedback from complaints to improve future service.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company cash handling protocols.
  • Accurately process drink orders and maintain cleanliness in bar areas to meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Work safely and tidily, reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management.
  • Prepare end-of-shift/week reports, including staff management, liquor inventory, and sales data.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance beverage sales and increase overall revenue.
  • Maintain appropriate beverage stock levels and follow correct ordering procedures.
  • Deliver friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times.
  • Uphold a high standard of personal appearance by wearing the complete and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene.
