Strategic Account Executive - Scotland

As a vital member of our field sales team, you will represent Amber Beverage UK, serving as the primary point of contact for our key accounts. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to oversee the Glasgow area and its surroundings, including regions such as Oban, Inverness, Ayrshire, Stirling, and Dumfries.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main objective will be to drive sales across significant accounts in your designated territory. Additionally, you will:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various operator groups and key accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Promote and present our diverse range of products to both new and existing clients
  • Analyze and report on competitor activities
  • Facilitate visits from brand principals
  • Develop tenders and evaluate their commercial viability
  • Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, festivals, and other promotional events
  • Share insights and best practices with team members

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the on-trade sector in a comparable role, along with a robust network of contacts within the region. A comprehensive understanding of wines and spirits is essential to engage effectively with our clientele. Strong negotiation skills are a must.

Familiarity with CRM systems, as well as effective time and task management, will be crucial for managing priorities efficiently.
