As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager , you will oversee the daily functions of our newly established dining venue.

  • You will coordinate and allocate tasks among the team in both the dining area and the bar
  • You will inspire and engage team members through hands-on learning experiences
  • You will ensure that guests enjoy an experience that surpasses their expectations by providing attentive and professional service in a comfortable and elegant setting
  • You will actively participate in the daily operations
  • You will cultivate long-lasting relationships with guests and key stakeholders
  • You will assist in the recruitment process, helping to build a cohesive and effective team
  • You will train and encourage staff to responsibly manage alcohol service, adhere to health and safety standards, and follow established service protocols

ABOUT YOU

  • Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on service, detail, and quality
  • Significant experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
  • Competent in using MS Office and hospitality management systems (e.g., MICROS)
  • Solid understanding of guest relations
  • International experience and training is a plus
