About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meetings and Events Operations Supervisor - Beverage Service to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow. As a Meetings and Events Operations Supervisor - Beverage Service, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the meetings and events department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest meetings and events service experience are delivered to the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the meetings and events team in delivering exceptional service to our guests
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
  • Deliver on plans and objectives, ensuring that food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved
  • Supervise the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Take the lead to deliver departmental programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing follow-up as required
