Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the daily supervision, development, and operation of our catering outlets, including the Café and Corporate Events.

As an Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the Event Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in the operational delivery of all catering outlets and Corporate Events activities. You will also supervise the catering outlets and corporate events under the direction of the Events and Food & Beverage Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operation of catering outlets, ensuring high-quality service and food standards.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Food & Beverage Management Team to ensure seamless execution of events and catering services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist with training and development of a responsive catering team to ensure 5-star customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
