As the next Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in leading financial oversight and reporting within a collaborative project environment, while engaging with various operational stakeholders. This position is dynamic and requires a proactive individual capable of enhancing performance by providing essential financial guidance, control, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional collaboration skills to effectively engage with colleagues across multiple departments.

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate a proactive, confident, and independent mindset, along with self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, resilience, problem-solving capabilities, and outstanding communication skills at all organizational levels. As part of a cross-functional team, your primary focus will be to strengthen key elements of financial oversight and reporting.

Building trust with internal stakeholders is crucial for offering financial insights and addressing program needs, making your project management and business collaboration skills vital.

Working in an agile manner within a multidisciplinary team, you will influence the advancement of assigned projects. Your self-driven attitude, combined with precise accuracy and effective communication skills, will be key to your success as a Senior Financial Analyst.

This role offers the opportunity to be a significant part of a cross-functional team that supports various business aspects with high visibility. The main objective is to enhance performance by providing financial guidance, control, and reporting across different departments. Establishing strong working relationships with colleagues in diverse areas is essential, requiring a self-starter with superior collaboration skills.

Key Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA qualified or a passed finalist.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management.
  • Proven track record of a comprehensive financial and interpersonal skill set with strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills, along with extensive experience in accounting/ERP software.

As part of a team of 15 individuals, you will report to the Senior Manager – Finance Operations. Due to the sensitive nature of the projects, your presence in the office is essential for liaising with internal clients. We expect you to be comfortable working from our headquarters at least two days per week.
