Buscamos un Lead Financial Strategist para unirse a un departamento financiero dinámico. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia sólida en contabilidad a nivel de asociación empresarial dentro de una gran organización, preferiblemente con calificaciones de ACCA, CIMA, ACA o en fase final.
Las habilidades de gestión de altos niveles de stakeholders y experiencia en asociación empresarial son IMPRESCINDIBLES para este puesto.

Propósito del Rol:
Este puesto requiere un individuo proactivo y dinámico que impulse el rendimiento a lo largo de la plataforma de productos, proporcionando la orientación financiera, control y reportes adecuados. Las responsabilidades abarcan desde el diseño, ingeniería, lanzamiento y preparación para la fabricación de todos los productos.
El candidato seleccionado estará completamente integrado en el negocio y necesitará habilidades de asociación de alto nivel con contrapartes en Planificación de Productos, Gestión de Programas, Diseño e I+D, así como la capacidad de crear relaciones laborales productivas con colegas de Finanzas, Ventas y Marketing, Compras y Fabricación.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Dirigir los objetivos de costos de materiales e inventarios de productos, apoyando la comunicación efectiva y el logro de estos objetivos junto con interfaces interdepartamentales.
- Guiar las actividades de planificación de productos para cumplir con el Plan de Negocios.
- Apoyar a los equipos de proyectos en el logro y mejora de los objetivos de Presupuesto y Plan de Negocios.
- Control de financiamiento de proyectos, incluyendo aprobaciones de solicitudes de cambio y coordinación, así como revisión y aprobación de todas las solicitudes de gasto de proyectos a nivel de varios millones de £.
- Preparación y revisión de información de gestión mensual a través de proyectos de productos [Recursos, Rentabilidad, CAPEX, etc.].
- Aprobación de proyectos de capital y gastos, presupuestación y previsión.
- Dirigir la preparación y presentación de informes financieros a la alta dirección y partes interesadas externas según sea necesario.
- Responsabilidad delegada para el Gerente Financiero Senior cuando sea necesario.
- Liderar la modelización de escenarios y rentabilidad para asegurar que se estén entregando retornos aceptables para la empresa.
- Presidir, liderar y coordinar equipos multifuncionales para resolver riesgos o problemas financieros clave.
- Desafiar las interfaces operativas para ayudar a lograr los resultados más rentables.
Calificaciones y Experiencia:
- Los candidatos deben tener un historial comprobado de un amplio conjunto de habilidades financieras e interpersonales, con fuertes habilidades de comunicación y un enfoque proactivo para la resolución de problemas.
- La experiencia previa en una función de Creación de Productos Financieros sería ventajosa.
- Educación a nivel universitario (mínimo 2:1).
- Calificación CIMA/ACCA o finalista aprobado.
