Job Title: Deputy Hub Leader

QA Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hub Leader to join our team. As a Deputy Hub Leader, you will play a key role in the leadership and academic management of our MSc Digital & Technology Specialist Degree Apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Programme Leader in the day-to-day running of the programme, ensuring it is fit for purpose and delivers an excellent learner experience.
  2. Assist with preparation for exam boards and attend where necessary.
  3. Liaise with Module Leaders and Lecturers regarding delivery, assessment, marking, and management of modules.
  4. Act as a point of contact for Module Leaders on the programme/s where required.
  5. Monitor and review student's achievement/progression, implementing additional support mechanisms as appropriate.
  6. Deliver high-quality learning across the Digital Degree Apprenticeship programmes at Level 6 and 7.
  7. Develop course materials, including videos for online learning, learning activities, slide decks, and assessments for multiple modules within Degree Apprenticeships.
  8. Provide in-depth expert knowledge in your subject area, offering insights cross-functionally when required.
  9. Contribute to product maintenance, including updating existing material and creating new material.
  10. Contribute to the wider team activities on assessment and teaching as required.
  11. Be a positive ambassador for QA, performing to our expected reputation for excellence and innovation.
  12. Take ownership of your continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure up-to-date and relevant subject knowledge.
