Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will deliver operational and administrative assistance to the Inbound Sales division, including leadership. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter capable of accurately following instructions and taking initiative to enhance support efficiency while proposing innovative ideas and processes for improvement. This diverse role necessitates a significant degree of proactivity and is likely to encompass areas such as: general operational assistance and administration, sales analytics, handling escalations/complaints, and managing inbound/outbound communications.

Working Hours: Standard Business Hours

Daily administrative and operational support for the Inbound Sales Team Collaborating closely with the sales department manager to foster process enhancements. Ensuring timely resolution of customer escalations, disputes, and order issues, which may involve direct communication with clients. Generating sales and operational reports as requested by the line manager or Head of Channel. Partnering with the fulfillment team to follow up on accounts that are in provisioning or have been rejected. Supporting sales agents and management with operational inquiries. Ensuring adherence to all compliance protocols and conducting sales audits. Leading and assisting with sales investigations.
