We are in search of a Ward Administrator to deliver a thorough secretarial, administrative, and support service to the Clinical Service/Ward Manager for our Acute Inpatient Ward.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a vital member of the administration team, offering extensive secretarial and reception services for the Ward.
Your duties will encompass:
- Managing telephone communications and correspondence.
- Performing typing tasks, including audio transcription.
- Organizing filing systems and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scheduling appointments and managing inventory orders.
- Overseeing petty cash transactions and maintaining staff schedules.
- Supporting the overall coordination of the team’s operations.
