We are in search of a Clinical Ward Administrator to deliver a thorough secretarial, administrative, and support service to the Clinical Service/Ward Manager for our Acute Inpatient Ward.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the administration team, you will provide extensive secretarial and reception services for the Ward.
Your duties will encompass:
- Managing telephone communications
- Typing documents (including audio transcription)
- Organizing filing systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Ordering supplies and managing petty cash
- Creating and maintaining staff schedules
- Supporting the overall coordination of the team’s operations

Qualifications
Essential
- Level III Word Processing or Typing Level 3 Business Administration or willingness to undertake Typing training.
Experience

- Previous experience in an administrative role.

- Experience interacting with users of mental health services.
