About Our Client
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is working with a successful law firm based in Somerset to recruit two full-time permanent Legal Assistant/Conveyancing Assistant roles. One position will be based in the Family department, while the other will be in the Conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to fee earners, either as part of a team or individually.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of office procedures.
- Perform tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, and filing.
- Oversee and supervise junior staff, as required.
Requirements
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
