Sales Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team, executing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with the progression of sales and purchase orders
- Input quotations into the CRM system and follow up on them
- Maintain up-to-date sales and warehouse filing
- Reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Take advantage of further product or personal development training opportunities
Requirements:
- Friendly, polite disposition with a good telephone manner
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative software
