About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team at Right at Home - High Wycombe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our domiciliary care services, delivering exceptional care to our clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior care management role, preferably in the domiciliary care sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
