Job Title: Adult Clinical Director
Job Summary:
Compass Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and wellbeing services. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will oversee the clinical operations of our specialist Eating Disorder service for Adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the service, including Nursing and Therapy service lines.
- Ensure that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.
- Deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence.
- Assist in developing and implementing the hospital's strategy in collaboration with the Hospital Director.
- Oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid NMC registration.
- Hold a clear DBS.
