Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join our inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders in High Wycombe. This is a 14-bedded, specialist eating disorder service for mixed-gender adults.

The Clinical Lead will form part of the hospital Senior Management Team and be responsible for the clinical services operations (nursing and therapy) within the hospital. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the team.
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence.
  • Oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments.
Staff Management
  • Manage the ward and resources effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
  • Review staffing on a daily basis, ensuring compliance against the staffing ladders and reviewing trends.

The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence and have been qualified for 3 years. This role is close to Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead within the NHS.
