Merco Medical Staffing Limited is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join their specialist inpatient service for adults with eating disorders.
This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, mentor emerging talent, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and deliver the hospital's clinical strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership.
- Staff Management: Oversee staffing, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience.
- Regulation & Compliance: Ensure the hospital meets all statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Clinical Governance: Lead clinical governance initiatives, implement effective clinical interventions, and ensure high standards of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the hospital's clinical strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership.
- Oversee staffing, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience.
- Ensure the hospital meets all statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Lead clinical governance initiatives, implement effective clinical interventions, and ensure high standards of care and safety.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Professional NMC registration with strong clinical experience in eating disorders and evidence of CPD.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years at a managerial level in a clinical setting, with a proven track record in leadership, budget management, and quality improvement.
- Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a passion for continuous improvement in patient care.
