The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients. This will involve working closely with the Hospital Director and the full MDT team, including a Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in eating disorders, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role. They will also have a proven track record of leadership and decision-making, with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.

The Clinical Services Director will be responsible for leading, implementing, and reviewing quality initiatives in the hospital. They will also oversee the nursing team and ensure that all clinical services operations are running smoothly.
