Clinical Quality Director

Tide Partnership is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Director to drive quality improvement and maintain compliance across multiple sites. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee quality assurance initiatives, support clinical teams, and lead the implementation of clinical strategies to ensure person-centred care in line with best practices and national standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular compliance audits and quality reviews to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance resident care and maintain compliance with CQC standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Clinical Services Managers and Dementia Care Managers to ensure a strong clinical training programme is implemented.
- Support the recruitment and retention of high-quality clinical staff and provide guidance to home leadership on optimising care levels and managing clinical staffing effectively.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Extensive clinical/medical knowledge with experience in quality assurance and compliance within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and developing quality improvement strategies.
