Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Map Room. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our clinical services operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory regulations, including the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Strong clinical experience in eating disorders and mental health.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve patient care and quality standards.
