Job Title: Clinical Lead for Eating Disorders

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to the nursing team.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care across all clinical departments.
  • Lead the development and delivery of hospital strategies.
  • Manage staffing levels, training, and development to maintain a highly skilled workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including CCQ, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.

Requirements:

  • Professional NMC registration with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Strong clinical experience in eating disorders and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A full, clean driving license.
