Lead Mental Health Nurse - Adults with Eating Disorders

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our inpatient hospital team for Adults with Eating Disorders in High Wycombe. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, and administer medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  4. Conduct regular patient assessments and evaluations to inform care planning
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

Requirements:
  1. Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
