About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and carers to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote mental health and well-being
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
