Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading the clinical services operations within our hospital, ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical services operations, ensuring delivery of the highest level of clinical and therapeutic care.
  • Provide leadership, organisation and co-ordination to the clinical team.
  • Implement effective clinical interventions and manage the delivery of the clinical services business plan.
  • Ensure timely completion and implementation of action plans in respect of regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Review staffing on a daily basis, ensuring compliance against the staffing ladders and reviews trends, under or overstaffing and puts in place actions to remedy.
  • Ensure that sound recruitment processes and retention plans are in place to drive down turnover and raise engagement.
  • Link with local universities and HEI's to build a pipeline of Nurses and Therapists into the hospital.
  • Ensure that all colleagues receive clinical supervision in accordance with professional guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of Priory policies, procedures, processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as an RMN.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified RMN.
  • Full clean driving licence.
