About the Role- Drive business performance and growth through workforce planning, process efficiency, and governance.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business performance and growth.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Significant experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related role in an organisation with similar complexity.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, process efficiency, and talent development.
- Exceptional data analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce analytics software.
