Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cover Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Cover Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' premises and personnel.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a professional and friendly service to employees and visitors, acting as a first line of support and assistance.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
- Issue and manage keys, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Monitor and respond to fire, security, and building systems alarms.
- Control access to secure areas and manage traffic flow.
- Operate the switchboard, providing a welcoming and informative service to visitors and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in security-related software.
- Proven experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- SIA licence (SG/DS) is essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- First aid and AED training is advantageous but not essential.
