Hours: Monday - Sunday, 48 Hour Shift Pattern
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Apleona UK. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exemplary security and customer service to our clients and their people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular patrols of our client's site to ensure it is safe for all visitors and tenants.
- Manage incidents on site and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance.
- Monitor site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.
- Implement effective solutions and corrective action to enhance the service.
Requirements:
- SIA frontline guarding licence
- Driving licence with own transport due to site location
- CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
- Previous experience within the security industry
- Vigilance with attention to detail
- Experience of working with radio communications
- Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
- Security Management Qualification (desirable)
