Fire and Security Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating fire and security services for our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule all work within designated regions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor engineer activity to ensure timely dispatch and completion of jobs.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with engineers, stores/supply chain department, and regional service managers.
- Work closely with managers and support regional service managers to meet customer expectations.
- Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance internal and external working relationships.
- Complete regional schedulers' checklists on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, maintaining an audit trail of activity.
- Monitor the Scheduling Portal (Cash4Windows) for real-time visibility of engineers and highlight any anomalies to regional service managers.
- Retrieve and process phone and email messages within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Process orders to ensure timely completion and invoicing.
- At least 6/12 months experience in an office-based environment.
- Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service/Dispatcher role is an advantage.
- Clear communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- Good written/email communication skills.
- Computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel skills, including accurate data inputting, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Starting salary: £24,500 per annum.
- Salary after completing 6-month training and probation: £25,500 per annum.
- Salary after 12 months: will be reviewed.
