Fire and Security Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating fire and security operations, scheduling, and planning to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate fire and security operations, including scheduling and planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor and manage fire and security systems, including alarm communications and fire suppression systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- At least 6-12 months of experience in an office-based environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service or dispatcher role, with a strong understanding of fire and security operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
