Job Title: Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating fire and security services for our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule all work within designated regions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor engineer activity to ensure timely dispatch and completion of jobs
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with engineers, stores, and regional service managers
  • Work closely with managers and regional service managers to meet customer expectations
  • Liaise with key clients to enhance internal and external working relationships
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and maintain an audit trail of activity
  • Monitor scheduling portals for real-time visibility of engineers and highlight any anomalies
  • Retrieve and process phone and email messages within SLAs
  • Process orders to ensure timely completion and invoicing
Requirements:
  • At least 6-12 months experience in an office-based environment
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service or dispatcher role
  • Clear communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • Good written and email communication skills
  • Computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
