Fire and Security Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating fire and security operations, scheduling, and planning to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate fire and security operations, including scheduling and planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor and manage fire and security systems, including alarm communications and fire suppression systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on fire and security operations.
- Process and manage orders, including ensuring timely completion and invoicing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of fire and security strategies and plans.
- At least 6-12 months of experience in an office-based environment, preferably in a customer service or dispatch role.
- Demonstrable experience in a fire and security-related field, including alarm communications and fire suppression systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
