We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating fire and security operations, scheduling, and planning to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate fire and security operations, including scheduling and planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor and manage fire and security systems, including alarm communications and fire suppression systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, customer service, finance, and supply chain, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage orders, including retrieving phone and email messages and processing accordingly within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Monitor scheduling portal (Cash4Windows) to ensure real-time visibility of engineers and highlight any anomalies to the Regional Service Manager.
- At least 6/12 months experience in an office-based environment.
- Demonstrable experience within a Customer Service/Dispatcher role would be an advantage.
- A clear communicator with a good telephone manner.
- Good written/email communications skills.
- Computer literate with Basic Microsoft Excel skills, such as accurate data inputting, sorting, and filtering.
- Starting Salary: £24,500 per annum.
- Salary after completing 6-month training & probation: £25,500 per annum.
- Salary after 12 months: will be reviewed.
