About the Role:- Coordinate fire and security operations, including scheduling and dispatching.
- Work closely with our engineering, customer service, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage engineer activity to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, stores, and regional service managers.
- Liaise with key clients to enhance internal and external working relationships.
- Process orders and ensure all work is carried out in time to allow for invoicing.
- At least 6-12 months experience in an office-based environment.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service/dispatcher role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and email communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data inputting, sorting, and filtering.
