Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and effective security service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Manage the access of the site, and complete logs where required.
- Conduct regular site patrols, check calls, and report incidents.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with policies and directives.
- Maintain logs of messages and visitor arrivals.
- Adhere to the company's dress code and wear the correct uniform.
- Fulfill health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company's health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
- Comply with the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.
About You:
- Previous experience in a busy security role.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team.
- We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- You need to be well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
- A criminal record check, employment history, and Right to Work check.
- SIA license is a requirement.
- Driving license is required.
