As a Guest Engagement Coordinator, your role revolves around enhancing visitor interactions, fostering connections, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about preserving and promoting natural and cultural heritage, this position may be ideal for you.

This role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, typically spanning four full days.

Responsibilities will include management duties and working one weekend every four weeks, as well as some public holidays.

This is a temporary position, expected to conclude upon the return of the previous employee from their secondment.



Work Environment

Our location is truly unique, offering a serene escape from the ordinary. It is the former residence of a notable figure known for his artistic flair and eclectic collection of treasures. The estate features beautifully designed gardens and various attractions that reflect a rich history.



Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as Guest Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to visitors. Collaborating with your team, you will welcome guests and encourage them to explore the estate's history and significance. This may involve planning and executing events, creating informative displays, and developing engaging narratives that bring the estate's stories to life.

You will also oversee and mentor volunteers, manage schedules, and ensure high standards of presentation throughout the site.

As part of the management team, you will participate in the duty management rota, working one weekend in four during the operational season.
