Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with senior HR professionals and business leaders
- Prospect and qualify potential customers to set up discovery demos
- Work closely with senior sales colleagues to learn and understand the full sales process
- Participate in the Sales Training Academy to develop skills and confidence
- A competitive base salary of £27,000
- A guaranteed bonus of £20,000 in the first three months
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
