Position Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Junior Video Content Specialist at Havas Play Ltd. This role requires a solid foundation in content editing along with a fervor for crafting engaging narratives through video. Your primary responsibility will be to generate innovative, captivating content that connects with viewers. You will also assist the studio team with various editing tasks as needed.

You should be passionate about contributing to the success of Havas Play Ltd and excel in overcoming challenges, consistently aiming to deliver exceptional results. A strong work ethic, excellent multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced creative setting are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating, developing, and producing content within an editing framework.

Additional Responsibilities:

Advancing our film initiatives: covering events and activations, behind-the-scenes content, and social media films.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of experience in video editing and content production. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with familiarity in other Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Competent in self-shooting, capable of producing high-quality content using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and audio-visual equipment. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, able to develop and execute ideas. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A portfolio showcasing your previous work in content creation and video editing.

Responsibilities Include:

Conceptualizing and editing high-quality video content for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Self-shooting content as required, which may include activations, events, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and product demonstrations for social media. Employing storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that engage and motivate our audience. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation. Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts for content.
