Position Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill the position of Junior Video Content Specialist at Havas Play Ltd. This role requires a solid foundation in content editing and a genuine enthusiasm for storytelling through visual media. Your primary responsibility will be to craft engaging, original video content that connects with our target audience. You will also assist the studio team with various editing tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to Havas Play's success and will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment. A strong work ethic, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and produce video content within an editing framework. Enhance our film initiatives: covering events, activations, behind-the-scenes footage, and social media films.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of experience in video editing and content production. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with familiarity in other Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Competent in self-shooting high-quality content using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and other equipment. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, capable of developing and owning concepts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A showreel demonstrating your previous work in video editing and content creation.

Additional Responsibilities

Conceptualize and edit high-quality video content for various clients, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Self-shoot content as required, including events, activations, and product demonstrations for social media. Utilize narrative techniques to create compelling stories that engage and inspire audiences. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation. Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts for content.
