Key Responsibilities:- Showroom Management: Maintain a high level of presentation and organization in our showrooms, ensuring that all products are accurately represented and easily accessible to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new launches and collections, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing showroom events, including product launches and trade shows.
- Education: GCSE A-C level or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing customer relationships.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury interior products, including wallpapers, fabrics, and ancillary interior products.
